Kitchen and Bathroom Bargains for property investors!

For many property investors doing refurbs there are some fantastic bargains to be had at the moment.

Our builders have found a company in Liverpool selling kitchens for £250. They provide 7 units ready assembled, worktops, sinks, taps, handles etc all for £250!  I simply could not believe it when they told me.  Better still, we agreed with this company that they would keep back and store 6 of these kitchens on their premises for a year and at no cost and we do not have to buy them until we use them!  Another supplier is providing bathroom suited for £139!!
